All products listed on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship within Malaysia only.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
All orders are shipped using trusted courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your shipment.

Estimated delivery within Malaysia is 1–5 business days after dispatch.

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible , we will assist you in resolving the matter.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
